I work with clients on both an individual and a small group group basis. Choose the path that best fits your unique needs.

 

Individual


Individual coaching packages are customized based on your unique needs and desired outcomes.

The first step is to book an Intro Chat so that we can meet and assess fit.

From there, we’ll co-create a custom coaching package to map out the frequency and number of coaching sessions. You’ll also choose the format that works best for you (phone call or Zoom).

I recommend a minimum commitment of 6 months which gives you time to fully implement what you’re learning and see sustainable change.

Your package includes our coaching sessions and access to me via email and text. Additionally, you will have access to assessments.

Once we discuss your needs and budget (and if we both feel that it’s a good fit to work together), we’ll get our first session on the calendar.
